When can I expect to hear back?

Typically, we respond to all enquiries within 24hours or the nearest business day.

What curriculum do you use?

We use the United Kingdom's Early Years and Foundation Stage curriculum (EYFS).

Is admission guaranteed?

No, we work on a first-come first-serve basis on a waiting list. Enroll your child early.

What documents will I need to enroll?

Upload child's details, passport, medical information. You'll need a gmail account.

How is tuition paid?

Tuition can be transferred to our account or you can do a direct deposit into our bank.

Are you open all year?

Yes we are open most of the year except on certain holidays. You will be notified ahead.

What time is drop-off?

We start accepting children from 7am. Follow the secure child drop-off process.

What time is pick-up?

You can pick up kids starting from 12noon. All kids must be picked up by 5pm.

Does the school have cameras?

Yes, CCTV is set-up throughout the school and is monitored daily.

What if I'm late to pick-up?

We will assign a caregiver to look after your child and will be charged a fee every 10mins.

Are meals provided?

We do not offer meals. Children should come with their packed snacks and lunches.

Does staff provide potty training?

Yes, we support from 2 years old. Parents to provide pull-ups and extra clothes.
